Greenshades vs. Replicon Time & Attendance

We used to have ADP for payroll, the gold standard. I guess to save a few bucks my company switched to Greenshades. From time to time my payroll stub does not show up on time. I asked my HR department about this and was told they are not fond of Greenshades. I call Greenshades to ask about the delay. They do not have any support contact information on the employee website I use to get my payroll information. I had to google them and found a support contact on their website. Not good. When I spoke to someone to ask about the pay stub delays, he hung up on me.

This program is an easy program to roll out to employees as it is very user friendly. If you are a larger company, this will definitely eliminate questions or concern from employees who fear they may not be able to use the program

We selected Replicon at the time because Replicon fit our business model. As we grew, we believe we outgrew Replicon, as we needed software that had more functionality.
