Likelihood to Recommend Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce . It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce . Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce . Read full review It has appeared to be tried, true, and productive for us, and we utilize it for all our trade emails. Our organization has found fantastic success with it since it offers about all of the fundamental highlights we require, such as an easy-to-use inbox and the capacity to oversee an enormous client base from a single admin board. This has made strides not only in my yield but also in my communication adequacy—others who we recommended it to have had the same benefits.

Read full review Zoho Mail gives fabulous client benefits. The clear and user-friendly plan of Zoho Mail is one of its best qualities. It offers a clean appearance, down-to-earth instruments, and an easy-to-use interface. It is a fabulous choice for anybody requiring a commerce mail and is inconceivably user-friendly. It contains most of the highlights that Gmail gives and the notices are fabulous. Up till now, I have not gotten a single spam e-mail. In this way, utilizing it is, by and large, secure.

Read full review I have spoken with Zoho several times and their support is always friendly and helpful. I have always been asked for security pins and codes when seeking assistance which helps me to feel my accounts are secure and I have never had to wait on hold to speak with someone for more than 5 minutes. They always seem to have someone available to help. If you call asking for instructions on how to do something they gladly walk you through the process and if you just need something done and don't have time to do it yourself they will happily customize whatever you need without you having to spend all day with it.
