Likelihood to Recommend Growave (formerly SocialShopWave)
After an exhaustive search, I was excited to choose Growave for my biz rewards & loyalty program, the Smile High Club™. The app is very customizeable so has checked off every requirement as far as our branding style guide goes. The greatest thing about Growave is its people. They are so kind, patient & know their stuff!! They always have an answer for me
Read full review I honestly cannot recommend this tool enough. Opal is such a valuable tool for brand content creators and there is nothing like it available. If you're serious about content marketing and have a need to find ways to collaborate, plan and provide more visibility among teams, then Opal really is the only way to go. One more thing that's not being mentioned: The tool is simply amazing but it's only as amazing is the team behind the tool. Their customer support and willingness to quickly be in touch when needed is a key feature within itself. Seriously, such a good team of people.

Support - They respond to emails quickly and professionally. Coding - They are Shopify experts and will also try to find a solution to a request. They are also cost effective meaning we are able to progress with development of our site without the high cost some other agencies charge. Read full review Content planning: you can look at one asset and see how it is being used across multiple channels by multiple teams. Content collaboration: it is really easy to see what other people and teams are contributing to an asset, or how they are using it. We can also duplicate content that was created by another team to use as a starting point in our own content collaboration. High level/big picture overview: Opal allows us to see content that is being created, planned and scheduled very easily; it goes beyond social content (which we can also see in Sprinklr) to show us content created across multiple channels. Consider making some of the Enterprise only features available to Growth. Specifically, ability to offer products in exchange for points! I would like to give my best customer the opportunity to earn really cool corporate swag. For example, Collect 100 S'Miles (points) in exchange to WhiteBrights leather book bag. Also, Klaviyo integration. That should not be an Enterprise level feature? Read full review No publishing capabilities, for the most part. No analytics tie-ins. Rather pricey. Requires someone to really manage the structure in order to keep the tool organized and use it effectively. When this is done right, though, it's worthwhile. We're currently a small newly launched eCommerce business so our needs are pretty basic. This app is free and does what we need it to and Growave's customer support and their dev team are super patient, helpful and attentive.

They are super attentive and will work with you to make sure that Growave is properly integrated on your site. I had a few conversations with them. They always had prompt replies and they helped to create some custom solutions so that their modules matched the style of our website. It was overall a really great experience working with them.

Yotpo seems to have more ways to integrate your reviews with other features on your site, but Growave is a simple solution for people who aren't actively focusing their attention on reviews.
Yotpo also seems to have better filters for negative keywords and swear words (important for children's toy company). However,
Yotpo carries a much higher price tag.

Percolate and it's said to be a competitor of Opal, but in reality, it's a tool I've struggled with. It's fine for day-to-day scheduling and publishing, but lacks the flexibility and functionality of Opal. Opal really feels like it was built by storytellers where
Percolate feels like it was built purely by an engineering team.

Consumers truly enjoy the loyalty point program. The App makes it very fluid for easy log in's by the consumer. E-mail Notifications and retention programs are effective.
