Read full review Vettery is appropriate for a scaling business. Our company experienced tremendous growth and so it's truly helpful to have a tool fill in the gaps of a Talent Acquisition pipeline. Not every candidate is going to get hired, but that's okay. You find diamonds in the rough and you get a sense of what talent is out there to compare.
Read full review Pros I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed. Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees. Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone! Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks. Sometimes Recruiters go at a really fast pace and don't always use the Vettery email to ensure candidates are scheduled but the Connie tool will message you asking you to set up meetings even after they're on the calendar. Read full review Support Rating I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.

Read full review Vettery has a selection of Sales and Finance candidates which is invaluable to our business. Hired mainly focuses on technical candidates, and while it's helpful, it's more pricey. For a company growing like ours, every penny counts, which means Vettery is the preferred tool in our organization to ensure we have a full top-of-funnel for Recruiting.
Read full review Return on Investment Using Harri we found that through its functions we were able to attract a large number of potential employees with skills suited to our needs. We were easily able to identify and reflect the great time gain and paperwork savings obtained by using this software. Harri allows the use of all the ATS tools present in this type of software, presenting itself as one of the most complete at a moderate cost.
