Hootsuite has a long-standing history within the social media dashboard landscape and is easy to use. It is well suited for those smaller social media management teams and/or to use among teams that are only a handful key people who oversee social media trafficking, i.e., posting, scheduling, responding to customer service queries on social media, etc

Sprinklr

For us Sprinklr is working quite nicely. We have used it along side other technologies and our partners have done (or are currently doing) the same, however Sprinklr is the technology tool of choice. We also stay completely up to date with what other social space tech tools are providing. We always want to be leading in all that we do. Sprinklr keeps up with latest technology needs and adapts quickly if needed.

It's still somewhat early on, but we've been pretty happy with Hootsuite overall. We do think there are some ways that it could be improved based on our own experience and workflows, but that may not serve the greater good for all of their users. The impact on our daily operations has been positive, which is exactly what we were looking for at the outset.

Overall, I really enjoyed Sprinklr. It is a multi-faceted platform although I used it primarily for review management. It's easy-to-use and learn, has great customer service and is a great design. My only complaint would be that if there was a blip in pulling in reviews, we'd have to go back through each review site manually and make sure nothing was unresponded to. This could be cumbersome and time-consuming. Other than that, I really enjoyed using it

Any outages are communicated in advance and have not been a problem. We let our clients know based on communications from HootSuite.Since we operate 24/7 with multiple shifts, planned outages can interfere with our operations, but we can always work around it.

• We have a dedicated sales rep and an account manager. We tend to use these resources more than customer support when we have any issues. In general, they have been very responsive and helpful. 95% of the time, they can help immediately. If not, they are quick to find the answer and respond.

Would rate it a 10. We received two hours of online training and it was of very high-quality. HootSuite also offers HootSuite University which is an extremely comprehensive training portal with self-paced quizzes, training webinars and videos, best-practice papers, product certification, and access to a network of external experts. This is a fantastic resource.

One person of the organization must take the time to understand the product throughly. Next that person should work with the Hootsuite team to maximize the architecture of your platform and mitigate any problems that may crop up. Also, if a team members voices a concern or is having a problem roll your sleeves up and help them if not it can kill support for the product and end any chances of a renewal. Lastly, set aside enough time to allow for training and refresher training. Solve all problems ambiguity can not be permitted

Alternatives Considered

In my experience, Hootsuite has been the winning tool for overall social management. Its capabilities span more than some of its competitors and as a result, we are able to do more on our social accounts for less (when compared to using multiple platforms to get the same capabilities). I've been very happy with the data and interaction Hootsuite allows.

I prefer Sprinklr above other social media tools because it has the most features of anything I've worked with. This can be complicated and overwhelming, but our customer success team has helped ensure that we effectively use the tools available.
