The support is generally good with options of live chat, e-mail, or call-in support. Support inquires via e-mail are responded to quickly and they are good about remoting in to assist if it should come to this without having to jump through hoops

Cause of the great gui and easy management can be customized to your liking. The awesome topology maps you can make easy to change make it your own design. Great support. Don't need a large database to run. Can handle multiple users at once with ease. Overall a great product recommend to anyone

Monitoring capabilities for almost every infrastructure types such as Network, Servers, Virtualization etc 2. Medium Licensing Cost and not that aggressively increasing every year. 3. Good Support and steady pace of growth and marketing.
