If you understand the pitfalls of Eddy, such as needing to manually track what has been signed--vs still pending--then it is a well utilized system. Being able to send documents for signature via HelloSign is useful. At one point we had used HelloSign for onboarding but made it made it difficult to transition and track new hires.

Expense Management is not what I will ask anyone to implement, it has a lot of scope of improvement in the system. Reporting structure and the approval structure of the expense management is not good at all. Even [if] you upload the expenses in cloud software, you will have to repeat the entire process to executive the expense.

HROne HRMS implement was very easy, the in-house is very professional and knowledgeable. They guided us in good manner and ensured that the implementation was on time and as per the expectation. The way they have handled our query and supported us was good. The completed phase of the implementation was handled very professionally.

ADP HR did not have the tracking portion and allowance of signatures that Eddy does. ADP had an electronic filing system but no ability to send out documents for signature. ADP HR has up-to-date labor laws for our location, so we had to sign up for both products--one to mitigate our legal liability and the other to easily track HR docs that have been signed.

We opted for HROne because of the support system. As HROne is a local HRIS, getting support from the team is very easy and quick. It has helped us at the time of implementation as well, we were able to connect with the HROne team very easily and the implementation process became easy and quick.
