Zoho Recruit is a cloud-based ATS. Zoho offers a full suite of features typical of applicant tracking systems, including social recruiting and resume parsing. Its custom automatable reports enable analyses of processing and information sharing. It is available in Free, Standard, and Enterprise versions.
I think at this time, every company should have a CRM. That being said: For smaller companies without a growth perspective, the system might be too big and hard to set up compared to other solutions. If there is a scaling process ahead and you need a system that grows with you, I´d always recommend using HS.
Zoho recruit is very well suited to organizations that are in a growing stage with at least 50 hires a year. It is very appropriate for bulk scrutiny of resumes, integrating with other platforms for data, and for scheduling and tracking interviews. It is not very well suited for smaller organizations.
Having both ATS & CRM in the same software allowing hiring professionals to make it more personal while allowing them to fully guide every step.
Modest pricing great for smaller growing businesses to begin with especially with a free version that provides more than what a lot of others provide without paying extra.
Zoho is known for top notch support and customer service especially after their explosion in 2016. They also provide 24/5 customer support for any shift at any company Monday - Friday.
The software is very small business friendly considering other alternatives however, even for enterprises that can afford their higher tiers they bring a substantial amount of add-ons for aswell.
Let's integrate with Shopper Approved to automate collecting reviews for existing clients. It would be easy with templates and sequences to integrate Hubspot clients and help their businesses grow and succeed. while Hubspot goes above and beyond for them. So many small businesses are manually doing this right now and don't realize there is an easier way.
I wish there was a way to automatically have Tasks titled to match the email or phone call their correspond within the title. This way when I am looking at my tasks for the day at a quick glance they don't all just say "Followup with" / For example if my subject line in my email is "Ditch Trustpilot," that could automatically populate into the task title, so that I quickly know that I can call them about upgrading from TP to our service."
Zoho Recruit has difficulty integrating with other services that are not directly part of the Zoho suite, which is demonstrated by wanting to use a funnel management based CRM to include employee information, and Zoho Recruit's platform not allowing it because it doesn't meet some integrations beyond their suite.
You can't create portals where people can post their resume and quick contact information, and this can be a bit limiting for those who directly need employees to send their information to an easily accessible service where it can be conveniently reviewed and separated from the rest.
In terms of deployment, Zoho Recruit does not have such good adaptability when working from mobile, as evidenced by its application tracking function with the mobile version of the Zoho Recruit website, which does not let you send direct messages to candidates because the platform is closed unexpectedly.
Because it's integrated with HubSpot marketing platform, which is indispensable, and works simply and seamlessly with the marketing platform. The CRM is intuitive, never a time burden, and makes doing business development work a whole lot easier and enjoyable. I think at this point it's safe and fair to say we would be somewhat lost without the CRM.
We have evaluated every other ATS on the market, and do so every 1-2 years just to make sure we aren't missing out on anything better, and found that Zoho offers more functionality than any ATS with a per-recruiter-price under $100. Once it introduces automated job alerts and candidate login functionality there will be no reason for us to look elsewhere.
HubSpot's platform communicates all in one place. It is very organic in how you can find the information with the associations built in. This makes it easy to open an an object and see all the other objects in the CRM at a glance. You are also able to click on the other objects and review those records quickly and efficiently. With just a few clicks you can go from a contact to a company to the deal.
Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.
Zoho Recruit customer support is extremely responsive. They have a Live Chat feature which allows you to connect with a representative in real time and discuss your issues. The reps have answered most of my questions, and quickly shared links to FAQs, or shared screenshots. The entire discussion is emailed to you upon completion. Features not available have been added to their requested feature list
If you've had any prior experience with cloud based marketing automation or group communication tools, you can do the implementation without paid outside support. Though getting to a SLA (service level agreement) would be best achieved with the help of a third party who can facilitate
The free version alone stacks up pretty well against the mentioned competitors. I believe as your business operations grow, the price points for additional users and needed functionalities will grow as well, and HubSpot is well within competitive pricing to compete with the other enterprise-level systems. I’ve stuck with HubSpot for a long time.
Zohorecruit is the best platform for small and mid-sized companies. It will help us to save lots of time in the recruitment and hiring journey. We have used Oorwin also in the past, but this is much better than the Oorwin, and it's very robust and easy to use, and the site is very fast.
Hubspot CRM allows us to save tons of time by automating our workflows and emails that go out to prospects and customers. These can be very detailed by differentiating by product, lifecycle, and vertical
Hubspot CRM allows us to easily forecast future demos and pipeline (people who have demo'd but haven't closed yet.
Hubspot allows us to automatically distribute inbound leads. It's the best inbound marketing platform in the world!
