Likelihood to Recommend In cases of brands that have been in the market for a long time but do not see any impact from new clients or consumers, HubSpot is ideal since it allows to keep the brand fresh in the mind of the audience. HubSpot additionally provides insight into what we're doing and allowed us to align the sales team with company goals. It also ensures that you receive updates from your computer. We can handle all programming requests that come into our team. One thing that HubSpot can improve on is not having a good centralized dashboard that allows for a full view of ALL data coming in. You can go to each piece, but not having them all attached to the board adds a bit of a challenge. It's not very complex to handle, but it would be easier to use if it had that feature.

PieSync offers easy integrations with many partners. Integrating is as easy as clicking, filling in your login information and clicking again! Allowing multiple integrations. I'm glad PieSync allows multiple integrations so you aren't limited with how you integrate your different systems with contact information. Very helpful! Read full review Cons The biggest issue we have had with PieSync is the lack of detail within syncing. Sometimes when there is an issue with a Sync it is hard to determine what went wrong. Even though most of the time it's user error, it's hard to diagnose issues with the current PieSync set-up. The pricing of PieSync is a little odd and I think should be based on something other than number of contacts you're syncing. Read full review The development and the transformation capability is not so great. I believe IBM is looking to incorporate some of features of IBM APP Connect into API Connect. The authentications features are no way close to CA API Management (f.k.a Laye r7). The development experience is not as good as Apigee's. The GUI should be improved. Read full review Support Rating Every time that I've had a question, PieSync has been very responsive. It is a reliable company with a great team that is devoted to helping their customers. I've been their customer for 2 years and I've never looked back. Support is an important reason why PieSync is my go-to app for this job.

Read full review Alternatives Considered PieSync is much less confusing, and from what I remember, cheaper. But if you need a more robust solution to get more data from system to system, you will need to find something other than PieSync.
Zapier can be confusing and complicated to setup. And as you get more and more into the weeds with
Zapier , you start realizing that you need to upgrade from plan to plan as you add these more complicated steps.
Read full review We did not select Cast Iron as our iPaaS solution, it was the weakest competitor in the field that we evaluated. Our experience was that it was not nearly as easy to learn, without in-depth training and guidance, and the developer UI was extremely buggy. We subjected each of the vendors to a battery of integrations, from simple to challenging, and it fell short on each one. One of the most simple integrations was grabbing a CSV file from an FTP source, parsing the data, doing a small amount of transformation, then inserting that data into an Azure MSSQL DB. After 2 hours on the phone with the Cast Iron support team, we were still unable to get this working.

PieSync has allowed us to use additional specialized marketing software and still be able to keep our contact data synced to our CRM.
