HubSpot Sales Hub lets us access companies, contacts, leads,
and opportunities. It is user-friendly and sends push notifications when
someone opens or clicks on our emails. We can track customer communications,
I did not select HubSpot. This is the software chosen by my executive team. It is running fine and there aren't too many issues within the software. I'd love to have a better interface to read call histories and more transparent/automated connections between deals, calls and …
They are both very similar and, honestly, the top two of their respected offerings. I would feel comfortable recommending either with the slight edge to HubSpot Sales Hub. The biggest reason why, and what matters so much to people, is the service. I’ve always experienced great …
HubSpot Sales Hub is really great for a smaller company with a low amount of sales reps and marketing employees. Salesforce.com is better at organizing data for each user.
HubSpot is easier and less expensive, both in use and especially that we manage it entirely in-house. HubSpot modules allow most of our organization to use it as a corporate-wide platform. The other products have more sales-specific and less company-wide benefits, except for Sal…
HubSpot was cheaper and that is the only reason we chose it over Salesforce. Retroactively (and all of the employees remind us weekly), we should have gone with Salesforce. At this point the switching cost is just very high. We will eventually move there when we have the time …
Hubspot has a great layout, easy to customize, and is basic and not as complex as others like Salesforce and Netsuite. Some companies may need the more complex software features but if you are mainly focusing on sales and marketing efforts, then this software is great for you. …
HubSpot provides value for money and super integrations into a wide variety of applications. We looked at the more expensive CRM tools to help us manage our sales pipeline, but the others were not providing any additional features that we needed over and above HubSpot. Linked …
I used Salesforce while at Dell and did not like it at all. Very large and clunky with tons of extraneous inputs. I prefer the simplicity and straightforwardness of HubSpot.
We ended up going with HubSpot for one major reason, we had the ability to purchase 5 seats and invite other team members as free users. They are able to use almost everything our sales pro seat holders can do except to calling minutes, limited access to templates, etc. I …
My other experiences are with Salesforce at a large organization for sales and customer experience management, as well as ClientSuccess for customer experience management. Salesforce is the behemoth in the market, with a bit too much flexibility for the company I currently work …
As mentioned before, Salesforce only makes sense for large orgs, with custom requirements and a team to implement it. Even so it's such garbage software that I'd hesitate in those cases as well. The pricing is insane and there is always another expense. Pipedrive is just …
Inbound Marketing, Sales Enablement and CRM Implementation for growing businesses
Chose HubSpot Sales Hub
The biggest issue across any CRM or sales solution is adoption and ongoing use. HubSpot's ease of use helps ensure fast ramp time and continued use. The value of understanding every interaction a prospect has with you takes the guesswork out of the sales process and allows a …
I would say that Hubspot Sales is unique although not entirely. As a lead generation/analysis tool it really stand alone as far as I am concerned. The integration potential is not as good as Marketo and the prospect outreach lacks compared to outreach but for the …
HubSpot's tools, ease of use and feature set is fantastic. The all-in-one solution with a solid API tipped us over the edge. Being able to focus less on integration costs and time with other systems allowed us to concentrate on deploying HubSpot and training our company to use …
We selected HubSpot sales not just for the price point vs offering ratio, but also for the integration capabilities, ease of use, scalability, UI, and report visuals. Our employees actually LIKE using HubSpot, and so we have good data instead of an expensive system that does no …
Costly, larger time to market / value time, difficult and complex to set up and customize. But if you want highly customizable CRM and don´t care about user experience within a super large company Salesforce does the job well and the costs could be optimized as a larger …
The tools that SalesForce has are more improved than others like HubSpot, and are very smooth and stable. When I did my research on the market, I found out that SalesForce has a 5 star rating, over the 4 stars for other similar softwares. My criteria is to work with proven …
Oh my goodness HubSpot Support is just amazing. I submitted a question/issue to them yesterday and by this morning I had this response:
"Hi Stephanie, I hope this finds you well and thanks so much for your patience while I was working to update the extension with my team. We were actually able to push through an update yesterday afternoon which set the default lifecycle stage to lead in the sidebar. If you take a look now, that should be in place. If it has not updated yet, I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing the sales extension so an updated version and be pushed through. Again, I want to say that I sincerely appreciate that you took the time to reach out to us and help us iron this out. HubSpot really values constructive feedback with real use-case backing to help push it along. So, thank you!"
