DealHub is great for making quick quotes on the fly and allows for the ability to draft proposals before going through a deeper internal review process. I love how DealHub auto-updates Salesforce as well, so I don't have to go back and update areas on the opportunity record twice. DealHub also reduces error significantly since it intelligently knows our products and the differentiators that have been set up by our admins.Incentivized
Were it not for the fact that IBM CPQ lacks mobile and tablet applications, I would have recommended it 100%. However, I still have that 99% recommendation rate since this solution has saved us a lot by allowing us to close more sales within a short period by creating a channel where we collaborate with customers by offering coupons, sending price lists and orders.Incentivized

Firstly, IBM CPQ makes it easy for customers to make rapid products purchases through configuration, pricing and ordering processes.Centralizing selling procedure in one platform by communicating products pricing to clients.Improving ROI by attracting customers when discounts are introduced on products as well as offering coupons.
Nothing too specific here since this is the first CPQ tool I've used; maybe the training around how the actual DealRoom presents to a customer would have been helpful, but I operate more in an old-school way and like to send my contracts directly to the people I'm working with via email or DocuSign... the whole DealRoom thing scares me a little.Incentivized
Unfortunately, IBM CPQ does not have on-premises applications to use while not connected to the internet. This is no more a challenge since we have a robust WIFI connection in our organization premises.Incentivized
It's still a bit complex in areas, and I'd love to see more robust documentation, but the support team is awesome in helping us work through anything I might get tripped up on.
I personally haven't had to reach out directly to the DealHub team, but they did a great job enabling our director of RevOps, who is basically our one-stop shop for all DealHub related questions. We've never had a question (in my experience) that needed to be raised to the actual DH support team.Incentivized
Timely and courteous response time from IBM Support any time there was a request that needed to be made.Incentivized
We had the basic quoting functionality within Salesforce but were quickly outgrowing that as our deals grew in size, structure and complexity. The primary competitor we evaluated against Valooto was SteelBrick and we chose Valooto due to the promised faster implementation, lower cost and it being a more streamlined solution.Incentivized
There are tons of Configure, Price and Quote software, but I have not used a lot of them. However, unlike IBM CPQ, HubSpot Sales Hub isn’t operated in compliance with any ISO standards and secured in a data center making it easy to leak customer sensitive data such as payment details.Incentivized
