Likelihood to Recommend Order to cash processes and scenario are implemented natively in IFS. An HR module exists for career management also (objectives, comportments, training, mobility) but may be improved in terms of workflow validation (e.g. training to validate by a manager) or reporting.
Read full review ClickMobile can be implemented in virtually any organization that has a need for a Mobile Workforce Management system. The only real limitations or concerns will be with the backend hardware architecture. Sectors that have really seen the best utilization of the software are ones that have a dynamic service schedule and need to be extremely flexible with their customers service needs. In a day where customer service is so important to an organizations ability to remain the market leader it is extremely important for an organization to consider implementing a mobile solution. For organizations that already have a mobile management solution in place it is critical that they continuously reevaluate the system in order to remain competitive in their market and drive down operational costs. Change can be difficult for many organizations and the buy-in from the Field resources, who will ultimately be utilizing the mobile solution on a daily basis, will be critical when implementing something like ClickMobile. If the field resources are not able to accept a change to process then Change Management needs to take place during the implementation. It is generally a good rule to begin Change Management at the beginning of any large project, such as one where a mobile solution is being introduced.

We saw the difference of responsiveness prior to Go Live and after Go Live, with a change of teams. IFS France is working on that point, and strategically wants to innovate by acting now with two other third-party companies in early 2017, to improve the after sales experience for customers. There is no license model between the full licenses, which gives access to all IFS features, and the light licenses, to get access to a specific module like expense sheet. As a consequence, you must acquire a full access license for one team working only with a dedicated module (e.g. general ledger). Maybe an intermediate type license would be welcome to balance the budget. IFS tries to make prices competitive but you have to consider full upgrades of the product too, where requiring full licenses can be hard on the budget. When you have an Active Directory ecosystem with a trust relationship, users from domain B can't natively access IFS, even if AD sync is in place with domain A. It's important to improve that functionality because many companies have a merge and acquisition context, with SOX constraints sometimes, and avoiding maintaining contacts or local accounts simplifies SOX compliance, or to management of accounts within the company. Mobile users can only see one day at a time, making point-of-care scheduling cumbersome. Tech support is only provided to end users by email. Read full review Likelihood to Renew ClickSoftware is still being used. As far as I can tell it will be used tomorrow as well. Once you make the commitment to run with that as your scheduling engine, it would take a lot of effort to evaluate and implement another companies' solution without significant disruption to your service organization.

Read full review We had to contact support a number of times related to bugs that our admin/dev teams were not able to troubleshoot. Unfortunately the Salesforce support was not super helpful, asking us to perform steps that we already completed and included in the original support ticket. Then the problems couldn't be reproduced so ultimately the tickets got closed without resolution. LWC support in the mobile app is severely lacking.
Read full review Online Training Overall the training was quite informative but did lack detail in some areas. It had all of the necessary content for an experience product user but didn't offer enough information for a new user to complete the training and then feel comfortable in real-world situations running or managing the software. I would recommend this course for anyone with at least 1 year of full-time exposure to the ClickSchedule product.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Microsoft AX, QAD (in continuation of our previous ERP), Sage X3 was an out of the box ERP that was part of initial RFP. We have chosen IFS based on the compromise between costs & budget, functionality, technical features, and feedback from similar customers that gave their feedback. The project manager team and qualification level of technical or consultant teams were differentiating factors too. Finally IFS application was named in the Gartner’s mid-market ERP Magic Quadrant, along with SAP, and helped us to finalize our choice
Read full review I know of IFS but I do not think it is a worthy or close competitor to Salesforce Field Service lightning as its not that user friendly yet with a complicated interface. Also it does not have the name and respect and brand value that Salesforce commands in the market thereby making it easier for Business to approve.
Read full review Return on Investment Reporting is now centralized and managed. Previously, reports were outside the information systems and there was a risk of incoherence. Accounting controls are now in place on the overall processes, including production, which helped the company to reduce closing periods or to produce more easily official mandatory accounting files yearly. Interfaces between the CRM forecast tool and IFS helped to keep the tools in sync, and to decrease the processing times prior to production launch.
