It's great for a company who doesn't have a strong knowledge in the US side and has a group of employees that work from the US. I think it is perfect for a non-US company who also has a small operations in US. Insperity helps us handle anything HR-related on the US side, so we don't have to stress about compliance and liability etc. They have a dedicated team to help us. Their customer support is also pretty useful too.

The bottom line is not only buying the best solution but it is also about establishing an effective security program that brings together security expertise, process, and technology to improve an organization's ability to prevent detect and respond to attacks.

• Expensable provides tracking information so that you can see the progress of an expense report, from draft through to payment completion.
• Ability to take a picture of expense and upload via your phone, which gives you a head start on your expense report, and allows you to not accumulate/sort through a lot of paper.

• It is not very intuitive how to use it at times. Fellow coworkers (less tech savvy) have had trouble submitting expenses on the desktop version.
• The "image bin" for expenses is not intuitive/difficult to use.
• The application could be smarter/connect to other applications such as Concur.

• NetWitness Incident Response and Cyber Defense Services SIEM managed services which we call managed SOC requires multiple resources with expertise in different domains like Threat forensics & Logs Analytics ..etc. Sometimes it gets tough to get the right resources.
• Difficulty in navigating & configuring, which is necessary for any solution to get the best result & reporting part.
• Commercial of solution in comparison to competitors is at the higher end.

I've used many HCM systems in the past. The things I do most are view paystub, view my accrued time off and request time off. Sometimes submit expenses. Here, I find myself staying away from those things. In fact, the company can submit expenses here but they choose to use an excel instead because of how NON user-friendly it is.

ES offers the single pane of glass for investigation and monitoring needs, however, to get everything onboarded can be daunting. The identiy and assets enrichment was not as straightforward and required a lot of manual work to make them work. For it to be optimized for full benefit, there is a layer of complexity that needs to be managed along the journey post deployment as well

• I don't have an ROI but we save lots of time on our end when it comes to dealing with anything HR and payroll related. Employees have a great experience with customer support because they know they can reach out to Insperity directly rather than through us first.
