Likelihood to Recommend Integromat is the best tool for business automation in my opinion because unlike
Zapier it allows us to integrate with any API even if the app is not available which allows us to create automation even with the less known apps that we use or the ones that we built internally for our own company.

Zoho Creator with
Zoho Books so an invoice is created when a record is entered into
Zoho Creator . We use Zoho Flow when certain fields containing data in Zoho CRM to send that data over to the
Zoho Creator record. We use it to add a contact from the
Zoho Creator record to a list in
Zoho Campaigns . Zoho Flow has proved very worthwhile.

Gives you a detailed look into flow history and/or audit of your flows The ability to set logic responses and incorporate custom functions makes the app even more powerful Read full review Cons Adding more services that can be operated Adding support for sending messages to WhatsApp Read full review A deeper resources section, with more "how-to" videos More user functionality to tell you when an app fails, and not just after failing 3 or 5 times in a row. Maybe add some scenario flows connecting two apps with examples of how the flow works and benefits a user. Read full review Usability This would be a rating for a data-centric team or user. If you don't have a lot of experience working with data and systems/tools like Integromat, then it could definitely be a challenge for you. By no means is Integromat the 'entry-level' tool in the connector world. However, if you have the skillset or team to take advantage of everything Integromat offers, it is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to use.
Read full review Support Rating The pricing schema is very attractive, almost 50% lower than the competition. You could start from free and then grow. It has a pretty big library of connections to other apps and services, which really helps you when everything is a mess. Integromat has a really easy-to-use interface. You could do almost everything with fewer than 5 clicks. Scenarios (automation steps to complete a routine) have graphics so you can configure them more easily.
Read full review I've reached out to the support team several times with assistance requests in Zoho Flow. Each time the team has answered my questions promptly and accurately. And because we are mainly integrating other Zoho apps their teams are perfectly positioned to solve our problems.
Read full review Alternatives Considered Integromat allows us to do everything we used to do on
Zapier but it doesn't limit us to only the popular apps, with Integromat we're integrating custom APIs and we get data from different servers through GET requests and it's exactly what we needed and
Zapier couldn't provide it.
Zapier and both programs are similar.
Zapier has deeper integrations or more apps to integrate with but considering Flow's association with other Zoho apps this does it for us!
Read full review Return on Investment Integromat allows us to save a lot of time by automating some repetitive tasks Read full review It's part of our Zoho One package, so it's hard to comment on this one. Assuming we did pay full price, I would say the ROI would be justified. For our example of sending invoices to Books from Creator saves us a great deal of time. It takes a bit of time to configure each Flow but once you get the hang of it the flows really do save time and ensure data quality. Read full review ScreenShots
