AI customer service features included in every plan.
Intercom integrates Help desk, AI Chat bot, and Proactive support.
It was a bit of a pain to use Salesforce, to be honest. As an SMB, it was overly complicated for what we needed in a CRM tool, and when comparing prices with their marketing automation software, HubSpot was much better suited for us in terms of use, functionality, and price.
Hubspot seemed more intuitive than Pardot. Plus when I sat down with the sales team, they really helped me understand how Hubspot would fit our business as opposed to Pardot. Their sales pitch didn't cover any of the aspects I told them were important. It felt like they were on …

Drift was not yet available when we chose Intercom, it was the most complete product available on the market at that time
We have evaluated Zendesk multiple times, however, ultimately, their lack of support for React-based apps meant that the cost of setup was not going to be worth it for us.
Zendesk also appears to be a number of products that have been haphazardly glued together rather than a …
We evaluated a number of products before choosing to move forward with Intercom. No contest, Intercom provided us with the level of tools and support we needed to serve our own customers well. We've been with the company for 3 years now and are sticking around for the …
Intercom is a full suite that is more affordable than other systems such as Drift and HubSpot. Although the latter would have been even better integrated with our CRM since we use HubSpot Sales, the hidden costs with HubSpot always get us.

If you want an all-inclusive marketing automation tool and have the budget, HubSpot is still my favourite …
We understood that HubSpot is better for lead generation in the company's website, while intercom is for acquired leads/users who now need to be engaged and managed in the platform. Intercom is easier to use and has better chat features than HubSpot. Our current problem is …
The only tools I've used that are remotely similar to Intercom are primarily used for email marketing. Intercom's email marketing capabilities are slimmed down (comparatively) but still effective.
HubSpot has some great features that Intercom doesn't. They provide different services but there are some crossovers, we ended up using both! TeamSupport was a good competitor but didn't provide the support that Intercom did.
