Likelihood to Recommend Kintone is great if you want a software that will help you in managing your data, and keep track of which tasks are assigned to whom. It also helps to streamline communication and information in one central place. However, it is not for you if you are looking for something complex that has to manage a lot of data.
Read full review UiPath Automation Platform is well-suited for automating repetitive and time-consuming tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and report generation. By using UiPath Automation Platform, employees can focus on more strategic tasks, which leads to increased efficiency. Additionally, UiPath Automation Platform is highly effective at automating rule-based processes, such as financial processes like bank statement reconciliation, account payable, and account receivable processes that follow a set of predetermined rules.
Read full review Pros Flexibility. You can build apps (without coding) to serve a wide range of processes and projects. Ease of use. The interface is intuitive. Training. There are resources readily available to train new users. Even starting from scratch, I felt like I was up to speed in just a few hours. Read full review UiPath is very simple to learn. Any type of application can be automated (Desktop Application, Web Application and also applications reachable only via remote technologies such as Citrix, Remote Desktop and so on). The writing of a process code takes place entirely through the use of objects. In the event that there were no objects capable of solving a particular problem, it is possible to use some languages of the .net platform such as: VB.net, C#. It is easy to scale the solution by adding more robots to run a process in case the solution requires more performance in the future. It can also be used by functional analysts to design the flow to be automated. An academy is available online where basic and advanced courses can be taken. It is also possible to take a completely free basic certification. Read full review Cons I feel that Kintone is not well enough known yet. This means that other apps/APIs are not necessarily easy to connect with Kintone. Yes, you can use Zapier though for interfacing with other apps. It would be great if it could give more customized options to change the look and format of certain things. You can make price quote apps, for example, but have to rely on 3rd party apps or programming skills to customize the look and fields. If you make a table as an input field, it cannot connect to other internal Kintone apps for lookups and such. I think there is more potential to make more customized data graphs. Read full review As I mentioned, Excel automation is not very effective, there are a number of packages to add, but there is nothing as smooth as a good macro. Working with selectors is certainly challenging and UiPath does a good job with that, but there is room for improvement since the interface could be smarter in selecting the right attributes and warn the user if something is not properly setup. Read full review Likelihood to Renew I still think that there's a room for Kintone's future, and high expectations for them in additional features and innovative tools and supports. Truly hope that they will support email features, and standardized supports for various plug-ins with the 3rd party software and apps. In the meantime, we will have to consider our ways of doing our work in all aspects
Read full review This platform has so much potential and have been garnering a lot of attention by proving benefits in terms of saving operational and manpower costs. I am sure with minute efforts we were able to achieve our ROI and the same is the case with many of our customers whom we have been working around Digital Automation initiatives.
Read full review Usability Kintone is agile app and most of the time we can easily come up with new apps. However, there should be more feature-based drag and drop and or a visual-based usability, as we all want to minimize the number of clicks and dropdown menu selections as much as possible. Thanks.
Read full review It's an easy to maintain and easy to use RPA Tool. It has a relatively low learning curve when compared to other RPA tools in the market. That is mostly due to it's Academy where the bulk of engineers gather their information from. And their Community Forum, is outstanding with support from around the world and almost, if not all, every topic imaginable in the RPA field.
The Community Edition is updated on a regular basis, and last year they even managed to release a build every month!
The Orchestrator, Platform, Go!, Academy is cloud based which makes access to information and data very easy.

Read full review Support Rating I have had very specific questions about different aspects of the software, and I have always been able to get a hold of someone who could help. If my sales rep didn’t know the answer, he would get me in touch with someone who did know the answer. The whole team is very ready to help. It definitely feels like they view my success as their success, which is so important with this type of software.
Read full review UiPath RPA has an exceptional studio interface. It has been a year and so since I am using UiPath RPA. Whether it is some my personal task to scrape information & links from the Journal or find a specific character string from multiple PDF collection using OCR, UiPath RPA has made its roots to our technological ecosystem
Read full review Online Training Video material supported by text. The training has evolved a lot in the past 3 years to become more attractive. Specific training tracks exist for the different roles in RPA development, where everyone is expected to learn basic development.
Read full review Implementation Rating Everyone has their own tastes of things and way they want to work. Asking them to adapt to the changes with the new tools or apps is always difficult. We would want to start with a very small but best example within the organization, which in our case was that the employees will not be bothered by the bosses by being asked to find the documents, status of the progresses, or major things/requests/projects.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Kintone is the easiest product to create from and the cost is the lowest I believe. In addition, reconfigurability and extendability are great. If you look for a low code tool, you can try Kintone. But as same as another low code tool, don't expect too much.
Read full review As compared to other products, we require programming knowledge and concepts to work but UiPath is for everyone. It provides us extensive event logging at various stages and effective exception handling for applications and business. It increases our agility and enhances the overall productivity further by using the source control SVC. The solution that we implemented is also very scalable in terms of incorporating new requirements.
The open source tools require lots of IT effort in order to set up and maintain over time. UiPath is like a complete package and customer service is also active in terms of solving issues arising while automating procession on a day to day basis.
