Medallia is best for customer experience feedback. This will allow you to analyze and understand their current experience with the service you are providing. You will not [only] understand what specific point you are lacking, but you will also know which point they are happy with. Using the data provided, you can take necessary actions on how to improve and elevate your customer's experience.

We could segment our list by behavior, purchase history and by demographics. This gave us more views into the customer segmentation. Promotion emails. the high delivery rate of Flash sales, discounts, and promotions that drove sales SMS messaging. We could time SMS messaging to be aligned with email promotion to give a more omni marketing approach to CRM Reporting. Klavio provided excellent reporting by campaign and marketing period. As an Account Manager, this is a helpful tool to hear customers' experiences and feedback. We have to engage our Medallia Project Team to build surveys, troubleshoot issues, make changes to surveys, reports, and dashboards, resulting in long turnaround times and inefficiency. Medallia charges for both "units" and users. "Units" are defined as named individuals in surveys, but don't have log-in privileges. In our case, they are customer service agents or business consultants that engaged with the client but are not part of our closed-loop case management process or access to the platform. Klaviyo is simply a great solution for e-com email marketing & customer relationship management:
User journey visibility: We can see our clients' customers on their individual user journeys (open email, site visits) to better understand and accommodate your customers. Flow automation: Creating automated emails that follow up with new leads, those who abandoned carts, purchased. Email design: So easy to use, and more friendly than some other visual builders that we've used. Metrics visibility: We can see our clients' metrics very easily and adjust efforts accordingly. page V

The only reason why I did not give it a 10/10 is that it cannot distinguish purchases that came through subscription recharges instead of purchases that were driven directly by email sends. Other than that, the automation qualities, design features, and segmentation options make this an incredible email platform, and I am very happy with it

Medallia's user interface is simple and intuitive for the end-user. Everyone in our organization from the CEO to store level team members use Medallia to see how we are delivering experiences for our customers. From an administrative side, I would rate Medallia closer to a 7.5, but this part of Medallia is not used as often post-implementation. That being said, you will need a technical/IT resource on staff or will need to pay a premium to a 3rd party to manage it for you.

Their support is always quick and we have recurring meetings with our advisor. they were great when we first started at walking us through the platform and helping us understand how to do the overall setup. They also have a wide variety of articles that cover must issues in a very clear manner that will get you out of a predicament really fast.

Medallia is always there to answer questions and/or support our needs. In some cases it does require a PO if the request does not fall under normal support, but that does not change the fact that they are very responses and available to support your needs

Don't cut corners, do it right the first time, if you take your time to build everything the way you want it then it will run itself. The platform will help you increase revenue as long as you use the tools it provides. Don't be scared to ask questions, the support team will help you get to the next level

Klaviyo is by far the most well-rounded email tool I have used. It is on par with
is ease of email design, but far better when it comes to analytics, flows, and segmentation. We knew that as we grew, we risked alienating our audience amid we didn’t create a more sophisticated strategy for customer engagement and retention. Klaviyo was the only option that allowed us to execute our strategy without sacrifice.

Medallia does not only gives us convenience. It also gives us an opportunity to solve real-time feedback and create real-time solutions. The platform is easy to use, with a dashboard that could help our agents check their progress on a daily basis. I am particularly impressed with the platforms' ability to provide high attention to detail without compromising the sleek design that gives a professional vibe.
