Printfection is a swag management platform that aims to simplify the buying, managing, and distribution of swag and branded merchandise, from the company of the same name in Denver. They offer a suite of online swag management tools and APIs alongside custom printing, inventory management, and distribution. The vendor states their customers use the platform to drive more leads, reward customers, and engage employees.
I think Lead Liaison could work well for new companies without an existing tech stack as you can also use it as your CRM. For a more mature company, especially one with multiple existing platform, I do not think it is worth switching, as all of the features will likely seem inferior to alternative specialist tools, many of which are cheaper, better supported and better integrated
Printfection is great for a remote team or large team needing to manage many people who have their hand in swag and promotional items. We use them to print, store and ship and it has been a game changer. It's helpful because we manage a decent number of skus and it allows our team to easily send a variety of items out.Printfection is less helpful for people who have a LARGE number of SKU's (it can get costly) and it is not helpful for people with only a FEW SKUs and few inventory items since you pay per month to carry those items (which can get costly if the value of the items is low)Also we don't love the idea of not seeing an item before shipping it out to a client, employe or vendor. We wish we could get complimentary samples post printing.
The form customization is perfect. Very easy to use.
The insight we get from the form's (GPS) data is nice as we do not have to mandate fields anymore.
The ability to pass thru a lot of data on the back end works for our process. The internal receiver (customer service or sales reps) of the form data knows exactly what campaign the lead came from, what clinical specialty is tied to the prospect and what product is of interest. All seamlessly.
Getting started, it took me a bit to navigate the various features of their platform as well as a few calls to customer support to help me find my way but after some practice I was able to navigate and found that the platform is pretty intuitive.
Why move from a product that is help grown the speed on Marketing ROI? We see that the dashboards, flexibility and tracking are meeting and exceeding the business needs we had outlined. The support they provide is consistent, available and responsive. They will work with you until your issue is resolved.
We are currently extremely satisfied with printfection. The quality of swag is very good, but the customer service ranks high above any other swag company. I have been working closely with my Printfection manager (Tyler Rowland) and he has been more than helpful from the start.
One item you did not ask, but should be in around customer support. They do a great job of working with you, training and ongoing questions. Lead Liaison is always available and easy to get answers. The dashboards are great to gain business trends. The social media management is easy and a great way to ensure content is being tracked. The ability to gain tracking code for additional tactics. Our team enjoys the easy access and useability. We work with our clients to make sure they have a tool that we can use to scale for their needs. Lead Liaison makes it easy for us to help clients understand that Marketing ROI is closer to their finger tips than ever before.
Prinfection's availability has been great. There was one time when a product we needed wasn't available, but our Printfection rep made sure to get what we needed.
Lead Liaison has tremendous support. I''ve never gone more than a hour or so without a response. They are quick to understand my request, review the options for solution and deliver the best option with the best outcome. Also, the good part is that I don't need support all the time because the product is so easy.
Every step of the way, I have been helped by someone who feels like a friend. They know their stuff and they get back to me in a timely manner. It gets frustrating when you need help but the "experts" don't offer any. Printfection isn't like this at all. They've done a great job making sure I understand everything I need to have a successful campaign for our employees.
Any issue with the adoption of the product were on our end. I wish we had the band width to run faster so we can know more faster. Our team enjoys the dashboards and ease of using the product. I know our clients are appreciating the results of the information as well.
Very simple and quick. Pretty sure it was a matter of setting up our accounts and a few quick walkthrough meetings to ensure we were implemented to our preferences.
I have not used any other product than Lead Liasion. I just recently started using this product and was not aware of the other options. Either way I am looking forward to seeing how far I am able to succeed using Lead Liasion and will continue to use this platform in the future.
There were a couple of reasons we selected Printfection: price and contract/level of commitment (we are on a month-to-month plan). To be honest, there are products that integrate better with Salesforce and have more capabilities but we were looking for something that didn't require us to sign a year contract and was a reasonable price. After purchasing, we are extremely impressed with their team and consider this a huge benefit of going with Printfection.
Only a few of our departments will be using Printfection, (like HR and Customer Success), but both departments find Printfection flexible and scalable.
There aren't many professional services besides what is related to their product. What would have been great was to get design services included in our membership since we dont have one in house
Deepen the relationship with existing clients AND increase the amount of revenue from clients as this is an added service in addition to our online marketing services.
Previously we had a "welcome" kit for certain new customers with custom packaging and great messaging. It was very successful in helping kick off a new customer relationship.
If the platform was integrated with our CRM we'd have more metrics to be able to measure ROI.
