LeadSquared offers end to end CRM functionalities at competitive pricing in the market and becomes an easy fit for most of the startups and companies in their growth phase. Having said that, some features are missing but they are on an roadmap and might surprise people out there with their evolving CRM.

Sprinklr Modern Marketing is a great tool to gauge the competitive landscape on certain topics that your company may want to be known for. It is also great at indicating the share of voice % based on the amount of mentions in the social landscape. Linkedin API has many limitations though which is our most important social platform

  • LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand, like open rate, bounce rate, click rate, etc.
  • LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it.
  • LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well.

  • Allows you to share and suggest pieces of content to other entities within the organization.
  • Has great reporting with lots of filters to drill down to the information you need.
  • It's easy to schedule posts and see them within the planner so you know you have your week or month covered. It's also easy to move things around if you need to reschedule something to a later date.

  • Some basic requirements for BFSI were not part of the initial product offered to us. We had to wait for some time to get it included in the product and had to work around with stop gap solutions.
  • Reports section can be better with more customization related to industry and direct link to data view.

  • Slow UI/UX. Tends to hang and takes a while to load.
  • Social listening capabilities are extremely lacking.
  • Customization of dashboards is not user-friendly and requires a certain technical understanding of how Sprinklr is set up, and how it's logic flows.

It is an excellent value for money solution and is fulfilling all our needs quite efficiently. They keep working on the product and each month sees an update allowing for a bug free experience and faster incorporation of newer tools. I see no reason why I would not like to renew the subscription for this fabulous product.

At MGM Resorts International, we have roles dedicated to the enterprise-wide management of Sprinklr, therefore, I have never personally reached out to Sprinklr Marketing support. Our department was required to use Sprinklr University, and I found it useful, but the courses are too long and it could be more interactive to keep students interested

I looked closely at Infusionsoft. While the nurturing/decision tree tool of Infusionsoft was far more sophisticated, the many negative reviews of Infusionsoft lead me to look elsewhere. Leadsquared had very positive reviews and aggressive pricing. It has less features, but the features they have were the ones I wanted to focus on.
