We have routing cababilities in Marketo, Salesforce's out of the box Lea Routing Rules, and custom code. [LeanData] is by far the easier and most flexible for an agile business.
Seamless.ai is a watered-down version of ZoomInfo that lacks the personal contact information for leads. If you are contemplating between the two, do yourself a favor and opt for the more expensive ZoomInfo.
I love how ZoomInfo is seamless in SFDC and can be used and managed in the same application. I am coming from an Administrator standpoint and so far the data match has been really impressive.
We used to also use DiscoverOrg but now that they are a part of ZoomInfo, they've combined the platforms into a new offering. There are other providers but they don't measure up in terms of continual data accuracy or size of the dataset.
