Indeed.com is better than most of the job sites that we have utilized, mainly due to candidate flow. However, LinkedIn Jobs continues to take first place due to its search capabilities. Indeed.com, it is more intuitive than Monster and CareerBuilder.
Each one has its positives and negatives. If you are a job seeker the site to use would be Indeed.com because they list a lot of jobs. If you are an employer just use the job posting features instead of the resume search.
ZipRecruiter costs more money but you do seem to get a better quality of resume. Although even with ZipRecruiter we didn't necessarily always fill the position with the resumes we received. Given the choice I would prefer free rather then paying if I am not going to get a …

Indeed has great reach and so many applicants are aware of Indeed to use as a job search engine. You will certainly get the most action on your job posting when you post it on Indeed. A job posted and promoted on Indeed will yield hundreds of applicants vs. other job posting …
LinkedIn is more of a professional networking site and what people see are based on their existing connections. Thus, I believe LinkedIn is better for tapping into job applicants that are similar to your experience level, education, and demographics. [Indeed.com] is a general …
We have also used ZipRecruiter in the past. ZipRecruiter is very easy to use and you get a quick response from applicants. I used both Indeed.com and ZipRecruiter at the same time but Indeed.com overshadowed ZipRecruiter by the many qualified candidates and amount of …
Indeed provides the highest amount of applicants, but from a usability perspective, it is among the worst. Indeed actively and intentionally hides personal email addresses, and it encourages candidates to use poorly formatted resumes. Indeed could be a much better tool if they …
Other than Indeed, we have used ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn as our other options depending on the pressure we're feeling to fill a given role. Other options we have used have been Monster and Careerbuilder but weren't that happy with the results that we got on with those …
It has more interaction capabilities than Indeed.com or Glassdoor.com. It allows us to message them first instead of having to call them and waste time if they are not interested.
Both are similar basic job boards. Indeed doesn't have as far of a reach or as heavy a volume of active users. A lot of it is the luck of the draw and understanding where your target audience is most apt to patronize. I do think Indeed brings less junk, but LinkedIn reaches …
I use LinkedIn for ease of use, and the convenience to easily connect with potential candidates. I also used it to search for potentially qualified candidates that are within my network. I Love that people can share the job posting on LinkedIn and by posting a job you also help …
On LinkedIn you receive better quality resumes vs some place like Indeed. Also on Indeed you get thousands of resumes and on LinkedIn it does not bombard you like that with resumes.
Although ZipRecruiter can provide some great candidates depending on the job listing and day, we also get a lot of applications there that are completely off the mark. I find that I receive more unqualified candidates and out-of-country candidates on ZipRecruiter.
The integration with LinkedIn provides an extra layer of information on applicants/companies and a streamlined process for the applications. The "easy apply" feature allows for people to apply to a position without having to commit too much time, this means more people apply to …
LinkedIn Jobs is a popular platform these days for scoping interest and finding talent. Many people looking for a job use this platform, as unlike others the email notifications are relevant to your job search and location. Other platforms send notifications for roles that …
LinkedIn Jobs is by far the most efficient tool to use for posting jobs and sourcing candidates. It is the easiest tool to use, and it sees the best results.
