Likelihood to Recommend I can't think of any reason why anybody looking for a job opportunity would not be involved with LinkedIn Jobs. It's one of the more active social media job sites and if you are active on LinkedIn (which you should be) you have a great opportunity to show your achievements and talent to job posters. The "Easy Apply" link, although great for companies hiring large groups of people may not be for somebody who is looking for a specialized role as that would take a more personal approach.

Read full review Pros The job offers board is one of the things that stands out most positively on LinkedIn Jobs, since I can know all the job offers that are open for all sectors of my company and I can also see the candidates that are in each offer of employment. Interview scheduling is one of the best features of LinkedIn Jobs. It allows you to schedule exact time and exact day for face-to-face meetings in order to carry out a more consolidated interview, in addition, it sends notifications to the candidate so that they can appear for the interview at the right time. I can have access to the CV of each candidate. LinkedIn Jobs offers me a very detailed CV of each of the candidates and this allows me to quickly know the qualities that each candidate has. I can handle job applications much better. It was a very tedious job when we did this manually and we did a lot of paperwork to organize the received requests. LinkedIn Jobs has made that manual work is avoided, thanks to the automated system to organize the requests. Read full review Job Referrals - can easily refer others to a job posting and view the status Job Postings - can easily search for job openings and read job description and criteria Application online - Can easily apply for the job directly and see who the hiring manager and hiring recruiter is Read full review Cons We have found to get the reach that we want, LinkedIn Jobs has been an expensive endeavor. The free postings do not get very far on LinkedIn Jobs. For Large scale hired, LinkedIn Jobs is not beneficial at all. It does not do a good job at keeping a large influx of candidates coming through. Some of the candidates end up being in other locations and therefore some have been unwilling to relocate or to fulfill job descriptions. In some ways, the wide reach works to a disadvantage when reaching candidates that do not even realize where the position is located. LinkedIn Jobs needs to do a better job with location based searches. Read full review Settings page can be difficult to navigate & find what you're looking for Job approval chains would be better with additional qualifying fields so that we can segregate different areas of the business better The ability to edit an existing offer template in-system would improve the experience, rather than having to edit offline and upload a whole new version. Read full review I thoroughly enjoy using SmartRecruiters and have shared this feedback with those responsible, however I am not a decision maker in the process. I understand that at the moment there are lots of factors affecting the economy and business outcomes, so I cannot comment with certainty on the renewal of SmartRecruiters at this time, not involved in the confirmation of renewal.
Read full review Usability Because of the misinformation on job location, I give a low rating and this is the reason for my entire review.
Read full review I would give this rating as overall it a great combo of all your problems. With just one click you can get away with all your problems such as recruitment, candidate update, Interview scheduling, updating candidates, reports of a job perspective, and recruiters perspective. Usability is worth of SmartRecruiters. The dashboard is also very attractive and once you open you will love working on this platform again and again. I would say it is the best platform to use once for smooth work in your organization.
Read full review Reliability and Availability Rarely is there an issue and if the product is down, it typically is restored quickly.
Read full review Performance I have no complaints about performance. The system works virtually flawless.
Read full review Support Rating Support isn't that great. Just average I'd say. A lot of the time when things go wrong, there is nothing the support person can do. It's just the way they are set up and it takes them usually 24 hours to respond to a ticket which to me is far too long, but they are overall just okay.
Read full review Response is normally very fast. There are times, however, when the response is not useful. It is difficult to work with the reporting and the offer letter templates, and the front line support agents usually are not very knowledgeable. Second, if there are any issues with integrations, the regular support agents will not be able to help you. You'll have to create that ticket and ask them to escalate it to an integration specialist.

Read full review Alternatives Considered LinkedIn has better integration with its existing social media platform, allowing for the recruiter to accurately view a client's history. Furthermore, it shows reviews and work done by the potential recruit. In contrast,
ZipRecruiter does not show as much insight into a client which can lead to time wasted with phone calls and other communication.
Read full review I've really enjoyed using SmartRecruiters, but these other ATSs that we've checked out offer better reporting features and price points. Over time, we may be transitioning off of SmartRecruiters to one of these ATSs because the price is a set price where SmartRecruiters has employee-based pricing model. Also, these other software products offer better reporting features that would eliminate some of our manual tracking process that we're currently doing.
Read full review Scalability No explanation really, just a great product.
Read full review Return on Investment Able to reach and tap a more diverse talent pool directly Makes it easy for candidates to apply with just one click rather than filling long forms which is a big deterrent for passive job seekers Makes the hiring process more efficient as candidates not matching the pre defined criteria get rejected automatically Read full review In terms of ROI, SR helped our business greatly in returning precious time to my productivity in business management, as well as my team's, so that we could get back to the main work we were hired for.
