There are no limits or restrictions for the number of end-users supported or the number of remote endpoints/computers supported. As you buy higher counts of licenses, the per-seat pricing goes down giving you a reduced total price.
Dameware is a very good product and fantastic with server environments but personally doesn't come close to LogMeIn when talking about assisting users who are on different LANs all around the world. TeamViewer has a good product but prefer Logmein's dashboard and ease of use.
