Likelihood to Recommend LRS can be expensive. It supports all kinds of printers and models. One location for drivers for the printer. You do not install a printer driver at each workstation. It uses a central driver stored on a server. Easy management of printers. Can be deployed through SCCM or other products. It can be expensive for small businesses. It has been designed for large enterprises.
Read full review [OpenText] RightFax is a great way to eliminate the need of physical fax machines and the need for analog lines to manage these faxes. When the Internet is down [OpenText] RightFax workflow becomes useless so a secondary network is required if you decide to eliminate physical fax machines completely. It the long run it saves time and money of paper/maintenance on physical machines.

Read full review Pros VPSX is license based on the number of printers. You can have multiple VPSX servers. They do not charge extra for software licenses. As long as the total number of printers does not exceed a certain amount. It has secure printing features that are really great. There is an additional cost for secure printing. We have about 150 secure printing licenses out of over 2800 printers. You can manage multiple VPSX printers from any VPSX web login. As long as the configuration is corrected you should have no issue. It can be integrated with AD. All groups and members are defined in AD, then at the application level, you can grant access to manage the product. It can give you granular access for managing printers based on your company policy and requirements. Upgrades are simple and quick. Support has been outstanding. Read full review OpenText Fax Support is wonderful! They really go the extra mile to support their customers. So far, they've been able to address simple and complex issues. A big plus is the fact that they are very pleasant on the phone. They do not get upset at the customer and have great follow up on any tickets opened.

Concord has better administrative dashboards and the cloud based system makes it easy to access from anywhere without requiring VPN connection. The Shared queue management in
Concord is more complex and are not as easy to use as it is with [OpenText] RightFax.
Concord cost more to operate.

Read full review Return on Investment Less FTE to manage products. It requires a minimum day to day maintenance if the setup is done properly.
