Lusha is well suited for sales teams that have a clear target of companies to reach. It needs to work with LinkedIn, so if you have a Premium Sales Navigator LinkedIn license your results will be much better. It still works for teams without Sales Navigator licenses, but I highly recommend to buy the license.
Is my IT team ready to handle the challenges with data integration ? Are all the features offered by my current quoting tool being offered by Cameleon? Do I need a SaaS based quoting tool? Would it be easy and intuitive for my sales team (who,quite frankly, worship MS Excel) to use Cameleon ? Do I need a real-time/near-real-time quoting tool or would delays in data refreshes be acceptable
It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.
Integration with other onsite systems such as Oracle databases require the expertise of knowledgeable developers. Manual upload of flat files are always an option , but not necessarily the cleanest.
Better Cameleon CPQ Designer UI would go a long way. Currently UI is a stark contrast to the intuitive UI of SalesForce.com or similar SaaS based tools. Not too much to ask for , considering the fact that we work in the era of Facebook and Twitter.
Real time data availability is a long way to go for Cameleon CPQ. Updates to data pushed over as batches to Cameleon are reflected at Salesforce.com only after a 'versioning' process is launched. Current recommended frequency for this process is once a day (an upgrade to make it twice a day is in the works).
There are a few features that we expected from the tool but Cameleon's CPQ has fallen short on these. Possible enhancements and product fixes should be made as soon as possible to change the perspective. Unexpected bugs in the tool have come up during the roll-out that has caught the implementation team off-guard
Platform setup is very easy and friendly. Lusha is not complicated as other competitors like Zoom and Discover org etc.; easy to use and discover candidates for our roles. All of our recruiters find this platform very user-friendly, and they are very happy using this service. Admin support from Lusha is always available, and they are ready to help and educate our team.
Zoominfo is on par with Lusha in terms of quality of contacts but is far more expensive. Hunter.io is fine if you only need business contacts but fails in comparison with Lusha's broader options. I have used other solutions but they did not come close to working and I don't even remember what they were.
More time Selling, Less Time Searching: B2B selling today is all about how fast you can reach your prospects. Searching for contact information was daunting and painful a few years back. With 1-click imports, integrations and hunts: tools like Lusha are a massive benefit in terms of saving time in the ever laborious task of List Building.
Better Phone Numbers: Especially in regions like EU and APAC, where mobile numbers are not available with tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo, Lusha comes as a saviour.
A salesforce.com -esque approach to CRM has a whole gamut of advantages. Cameleon CPQ complements this approach.
Expect down times , feature problems or general disagreement about Cameleon's capabilities initially. This is true for adopting any new tool or technology. Hold on and it will tide over.
As a person who has used Cameleon purely as a developer standpoint , I do not have anything more to add-on.
