LuxSci vs. Trend Micro Deep Discovery Email Inspector

Apparently secure website hosting and email. Perhaps could have some better background on common website features.

Threats are really intimidating for a company’s peace and
security and I acknowledge that a company’s important data is the real asset of
a company but cyber threats are always there in an environment so it is need of
time to get any such software in the company to get protected from such threats
and it will do wonders for all kinds of organizations, only if one can afford
it.

• Unable to provide email script for their servers.
• Email filtering sometimes false negatives.
• Sometimes difficulty with tech support.
• Development requests pending for 2 years now.

• The subscription rate is more than the competitors in the market.
• One needs more storage capacity to make it work.
• Overall it's working well but we haven’t experimented with it against Trojans so I don’t know how effective it is against them. But apart from that, I don’t have any other downside of it in my mind right now.

Not much efficient against the advanced kind of viruses like
phishing, ransomware, and Trojans. although the price is highly suitable it's
of no use if it is not fulfilling its promises. and I have seen my company’s
situation so I suggested they go for Deep discovery as I have prior
experience of it and in my tenure as an IT person my previous company didn’t face
any mishap and the credit goes to this tool.

• Cost-effective. I manage (poorly) multiple websites myself & with the help of Luxsci tech support.
• Generally, things work.
• I wish they had more info on what I think are common issues with websites or email.

• Has detected 100% of encrypted malware files
• Able to handle 1000 of emails
