Not a unified audience database but for segmenting for programmatic advertising [Lytics is] excellent[.] It is an identity / email driven database[.] Does not combine users into one master record[.] Excellent built-in scoring mechanisms which I use regularly to isolate most engaged users[.]

This is well suited when you need to gather customer feedback and understand the voice of the customer in the interactions. It creates an auto generated method that can be easily managed and maintained once set up and running. This may be hard when you want to change your approach often and target very specific small groups for custom things.

InMoment is Better at service and support. Appears to be easier to integrate and deploy. The price however was more expensive and we were already familiar with other products from Medallia so it made sense to stay with the same brand. Once you are used to LivingLens it is really easy to use and actually I don't consider any other options anymore
