Likelihood to Recommend The ability to create optional interest groups for users to join if they like is a great way brings users together, and promote group meet ups and events. The polls ability is always great for taking a quick check of people's availability, we've used it to gauge interest in events and dates. One thing that could be improved is that there is both a messaging and an instant message functionality which seems a little redundant having users being able to message you from different places in separate inboxes, however this may be due to our set up.

This software is very well suited for situations where a group of individuals is being asked about their work experience, meeting, professional development, training, etc.. in any way while it is desired by the admin to alter the way content is delivered for better results to educators, etc… This software would be less appropriate in a setting where questions from only a few individuals are taken, making it easier to tell which person likely answered which survey.
Read full review Pros MangoApps provide a large number of options to interact within a community. People can post updates, ask questions, create polls, quizzes, wiki, surveys, chats, or forms. The Web interface is a modern application (Facebook inspired). The navigation (although not the most efficient) is overall quite intuitive. MangoApps has a web interface, and apps for desktop (Windows, Mac), and mobile. MangoApps features a centralized notification system. Unread messages are notified from the Web app, the mobile, or the desktop app. The synchronization status is synchronized. MangoApps integrates with Active Directory. We were using a homegrown Google Doc that wasn't well worded and was not confidential. Although I appreciated the attempt from the former HR person to gather feedback, we needed a system that was more confidential and dedicated to gathering feedback in alignment with our corporate values. A Google Doc was not the right place for that.

It’s helped me to feel that I, as a teacher, am being listened to and policies, structures, procedures, etc..are being adjusted for the good of all. This software helps to accumulate a wide variety of opinions across many different gender types, races, ethnicities, age groups, and backgrounds, providing a clear and consistent consensus from a group of varied individuals. This software provides clarity on the overall consensus, providing an opportunity for growth as a business, which allows for better run procedures and a much better climate among all.
