Literally, my website traffic more than doubled in a few weeks after implementing MarketGoo. I continue to improve my rankings as well. I have used Google Analytics, Google Search Console. I have explored www.Moz.com, www.RabbitSEO.com, and countless blogs, Youtube videos, and podcasts on SEO. Hands down MarketGoo beats them all with their clarity, results, and ease of use. I also have consistently received immediate replies to my questions with individualized answers to my specific issues. Truly, this is the perfect solution for small businesses that want to pour as much energy into creative content building and as little as possible on getting great SEO results. I love MarketGoo!
I think it's a great tool to be used by any brand. The interface is user friendly, creating a safe space for account managers and social media managers alike. The only instance in where it wouldn't be optimal is if you're looking at very historical data, or tracking additional influencers (not competitors) or if you have multiple profiles (within 1 channel) to track.. But this suits our needs very well.
Occasionally the steps suggested are too generic for me to decipher so I have to inquire further to see if the suggestion is truly recommended for me.
There could be more guidance for social media SEO also, as I currently have to use other resources specifically for these types of SEO that I am working on.
Another area that I would love is if they had a monthly live/chat session (Facebook live, Periscope, etc...) just to keep momentum, provide group support, and help us in smaller businesses know what others are doing so we can best stay current.
A monthly newsletter sharing internet updates would be helpful since things change so rapidly.
Managing companies within your installation aren't always easy. You can map companies to landscapes, but if you run out of slots for companies (based on your subscription tier) you end up having to swap companies frequently to get the reporting you need.
RivalIQ is competitively priced on a tiered structure, but if you want to add small sets of additional data within tiers, such as additional companies, the pricing is prohibitive as to force you into the next tier up.
Support is continuous and very helpful. Email, phone, and chat support are always on and someone is always there to help. Your CSR will contact you quarterly to take your temperature and offer assistance or training, if necessary. Feature requests are taken seriously. They share their product development roadmap, which is a major plus.
I also used rabbitseo.com, store metrics, the Weebly analytics and many more that I sampled. I just found them lacking in really giving me a clear, simple prioritized plan. I do not have specific training in computer coding or marketing so I need something like MarketGoo to break it down for me and out things in layman's terms and not overwhelm me with analytics that do not pertain to me
I demoed this platform as an alternative to Rival IQ and it has some of the similar features but the cost is much higher so it wasn't in our budget. If I had the choice, I might choose Falcon over Rival IQ because the visuals are much better than they are in Rival IQ.

My creative passion is content creation so I do not spend as much time in SEO as may be suggested. That being said, this is exactly why I use MarketGoo, because their approach is direct, effective and easy. It frees me up to do the fun creative stuff.
