It's a great research tool to give someone a direction but it's definitely not the most accurate tool. The agency hierarchy (it shows the holding company structures) and client relationships are awesome. Certain webcrawler activities should available in reports but on the other hand MR builts custom reports if needed. Overall, it's a great tool for sales development. It helps sales and marketing to get started but not to rely on it 100%.Incentivized
Salesforce Partner Management is a great tool for scenarios where a partner portal needs to be created in a quick and cost-efficient manner by teams that do not necessarily have a broad technical knowledge and when the time to market is key. In the situations where the use case is more advanced and cannot be covered by the out-of-the-box functionalities of SPM, then the tool is less effective.Incentivized
One of the strengths of Media Radar is that it has a lot of brands in the database. The big money spenders are there, along with smaller brands and startups. This is helpful when I'm looking for information for smaller brands, because I cannot say the same about other products I use.The contact information is super organized and the site overall is very user-friendly.Incentivized

One thing is, you have to put the time you took on the case if you edited it. I would like to change the name or a note and not have to go back and put how long it took.Reports can sometimes be hard to create.Incentivized

Salesforce Partner Management is complete and has great usability. Just as a Salesforce full CRM does. However, when you have to deploy the initial implementation and/or create the infrastructure for your Salesforce Partner Management it might require, as expected, a very good support and development team and resources Incentivized
