It seems very well suited to tracking tasks (job jar style) and sales-related solution and opportunity activities (value, who raised it, what the progress of sub-tasks is, due dates, remaining time, status indicators, filtering options, final output URL links, etc.) We don't really use it for its fully-intended purpose as a project tracker. Each of my team works independently, so we don't use the 'team collaboration' features of monday.com to the fullest.

- Wiredrive organizes the content for easy selection for reels. I am also able to add a reel while I am previewing it - this saves time.
- Wiredrive's tech support is remarkable: someone with a name calls me back immediately with easily understood solutions. The techs are patient, as well, and I never feel rushed or unschooled.
- The analytics are priceless in timing my follow up. Knowing or not knowing if someone has viewed the work or forwarded the link to team mates allows me to be timely and effective

It sparks joy from the inner geek and master organizer in me. I've tried so many other tools that had a steep learning curve and seem like more work to manage than they were worth. monday.com has a great user interface, it's highly customizable and can be set up in minutes. They also have great resources if you need a bit more help. If you think it can do it, it probably does. Don't be afraid to play.

Using monday.com, I've been blown away by the quality of customer service I've received. The only way I can think of is to have a different support person respond to a follow-up inquiry if you require more information. To avoid feeling as though a new person has joined a conversation, it would be wonderful to be able to converse with the same person again and over again.

We signed up for the accounts. Created the accounts. Ran the trial version and tested it live while we were running multiple projects and found that it was fitting our needs perfectly. When the trial ended and we were asked to purchase the full version, we did. We have found other ways to use it and it's a breeze.

We used an excel spreadsheet to track our month end close process previously which created a lot of issues around only one person being able to be in the checklist at any given time. Additionally, we were unable to have excel notify us when a task we need to have completed was done, but Monday.com has completely changed that for us!
