MyBuys, now part of Evergage

Excellent recommendation engine for both site recommendations and outgoing emails. However, the cost may make it unaffordable for some smaller companies. Any eCommerce site would benefit, you just need to make sure it is scalable to your particular needs.

Cons

  • Customer service can be challenging in terms of response time. Once they are on your issue, they do a great job, but they can take a while to attack it.
  • Pricing is high and not what it used to be. For many years, we enjoyed a win-win revenue sharing model. Once the acquisitions and mergers happened, that all changed.
