It is the best product for marketing with different channels. Mailing and SMS'ing become easy. Targetted customer engagging. Branding, Campaining with NetCore for business growth. It can manage a huge database of emails, contacts etc. It helps you to schedule your campaigns too. Reporting of the performance of campaigns and brands is great and you can customize too. They provide API's for downloading your database. Before starting with the product you should have a proper training as parts can be cumbersome

SharpSpring

SharpSpring is a great choice for a small team running on a budget. It has most the big features you'd expect from a full stack marketing automation system. I think it's essential to have a savvy marketing automation user to use the software to it's full capacity though.

  • Moves deals through the sales process. It's very easy to update the sales pipeline.
  • Ease of use. It was very easy for me to learn SharpSpring and continue to use it.
  • Adding contacts and opportunities is simple, and it will warn the user before creating a duplicate contact.

  • The email builder within SharpSpring is usable, but definitely not user friendly. I recommend building the emails elsewhere and importing the code.
  • The sales management tool could use a few more default reports beyond those that are currently available.
  • Their customer service is great, but I think the training could use some improvement. In fact, we've had to go outside for some of our user training.

This rating is coming from an administrative perspective. With so many features, workflows, dashboards, and more, there is certainly a lot going on, and even the most savvy software user can get a little overwhelmed when trying to decide how to best implement and utilize the platform to its full potential. That being said, the SharpSpring platform is well-implemented and well-organized, with most solutions being fairly intuitive, once you have a grasp of the software. It is fairly easy to learn, but difficult to master. Just like any powerful platform, however, the complexity is worth it, and once you are comfortable navigating and problem solving within SharpSpring, it becomes a great marketing and sales tool which can do virtually anything you need it to.

The support is great which really helps overcome challenges if you become stuck and the training videos are great too. Same-day replies are great and I even got some help with some CSS code on the chat. Not many organizations would do this or even respond.

Overall I would say to be patient and bring everyone who will be touching the platform to the onboarding sessions. The Virtual Classroom lets you onboard as quickly or slowly as you want. Sales, marketing, design, account management, get 'em all in on it. For the most part, they will be happy to use this platform. I recommend getting as many people as possible to see the SharpSpring demo.

NetCore Smartech is the most stable product. SMS and email are on a single platform which makes it a better product. It also uses browser notification, push notifications to attract customers to your campaigns. The conversion rates become higher using Netcore Smartech as the percentage of delivered emails. SMS is higher than any other software. It almost delivers instant emails and SMS seeing campaigns rise almost instantly.

We have tested and work with several marketing automation/CRM systems over the course of over 25 years in the B-to-B marketing/advertising business, among them are: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Zoho, Salesforce, and many others.
