Newired is helpful in the on-boarding process for new staff. It does take time to get the system set up properly for all of the different applications that we use on a daily basis, but I believe that overall it cuts down on the time it takes to train people, especially as we are growing a lot and welcoming many new staff members. Some staff members are still reluctant to use it though, or prefer to try to figure things out themselves or speak with a supervisor.

Strikedeck

The system is good for Customer Success teams to get started and if all the users are updating it responsibly. There are not many checks and balances in the system so your team will have to be disciplined. The reason why I have not been generous with my rating is only because of the slow nature of support and upgrades to the product.

  • Some of the systems we use are outdated or customized for us, and these don't interface as well with Newired
  • Sometimes new staff are reluctant to use Newired because it is yet another new application
  • Easier integration with Google systems would be appreciated

  • After initial deployment, making new changes to the product takes a long time
  • The look and feel of the system is little outdated
  • StrikeDeck is very compact, you need to have more systems to support requirements like project management or deployments

Strikedeck has very little to be concerned or worried about. The fact that its cloud based is another bonus since everything is moving that direction it seems like. It helps our company deliver on promises we make and ensuring we aren't losing customers to other related companies who do use these software.

The support of StrikeDeck is not the best we have experienced. You have to follow up multiple times for new features or releases. The support team is not very responsive. The other challenge we face with Strikedeck is that new features and releases are not notified and we have to reach out for any updates.

Newired

Newired is the first digital adoption product that we have used, although we did consider other options in the selection process. Newired was competitively priced and we liked the user interface – it seemed easy to use and relatively simple to set up. Overall, we are happy with Newired so far.

Strikedeck

I believes it beats them out head to head. The account alerting, feedback management, and reporting and analytics I feel are definitely stronger and more detailed in Strikedeck. The fact they do offer both a free trial and free version, there is no reason not to test them out and pick for yourself which you actually like better.
