• Nintex Workflows allow for automated back-end review processes to be undertaken with limited overhead of users needing to track where things are at at any given time.

• Updating Nintex to fix bugs in a production environment can be challenging at times and requires thorough testing in a QA environment first as it doesn't always go smooth.
• Separating Nintex content databases and moving site collections with large workflows can be a daunting task.
• Nintex workflow timer jobs can use a lot of server resources at times and application server load balancing should be implemented instead of running on a single server.

• It very well may be marginally dubious to look for data on the off chance that you don't have the foggiest idea about the correct wording for things (which I shockingly don't yet as I am just new to the position)
• Mysteriously, some problems that we thought we closed the door on have come up again, so we've needed to return to what we've already finished
• Can't view or add revision to old activities/sign offs.

• It is very difficult to estimate the ROI in our case because we are automating processes, not for saving time or money, but for ensuring the repetitive reporting of the activity.
• In any case, comparing the Nintex cost and performance, I think Nintex is not an expensive solution.
• Anyway, talking about the new industry 4.0, the digitalization of processes is the starting point if you don't want to lose the boat.
