Nintex Process Platform vs UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

• Nintex workflows provide a robust interface that's not only intuitive but easy to learn with little to no coding experience.
• Nintex forms are particularly powerful and provide a great alternative to InfoPath forms which is being deprecated.
• Upgrading between versions of Nintex is easy to do with their nwadmin tool and robust documentation provided on their support portal.
• The user adoption rate of their products is extremely high and doesn't require a selling point or an explanation of benefits in converting their existing workflows and forms.

• UiPath provides free trial version of both Community and Enterprise edition. UiPath provides free tutorials and documentations
• UiPath provides a strong, active and very helpful official community platform for clarifying doubts, sharing issues etc and has assigned an official team for providing support for the community users through this platform.
• UiPath is an easy to learn and use tool with a great user interface.
• Unlike other leading RPA tools UiPath provides a great user interface so that a person with minimum technical knowledge can understand the flow
• UiPath provides large number of activities which we can reuse as per our need just by changing the properties and parameters
• It provides the flexibility to create custom activities as per users need.
• UiPath provides the flexibility to use unattended robot without need of Orchestrator.
• UiPath orchestrator component is a very powerful tool which if utilized effectively can make the robot management and monitoring very easy.

• Forms: Some functionality about validation, or buttons need to be implemented using JAVASCRIPT. It would be welcomed to include more functions in this area.
• Forms: The parent-child relationship is another area to improve. Repeating sections don't have the required performance to make a strong relationship between two or more tables (Sharepoint lists).
• Workflow: Using an on-premise environment, there is not a good system to manage workflows: versions, insights, purge, etc.

• Implementing image-based automation is quite challenging especially when you are working on the Client network using VDI.
• There can be many more activities that need to be provided so it can be further enhanced.
• If not possible to give the activities, then at least provide some paid activities like Abby OCR when it comes to the Optical Character Recognition.
• They have recently rolled out a course which is having contents for automating salesforce application, but no automation is required when you use sales force for development.
• Extension to Linux based Applications.
• Security can be further enhanced by providing different activities rather than basic Typesecurestring in order to control logging at the verbose level.

• Nintex has an ROI report that analysis all workflows in your environment and time spent on developing the workflows . We have paid off our investment in the first 12 months according to this report.
• Once you have implemented it, you should probably have more than one person or have plans in place to get more people because the requests will start streaming in.

• We are well on our way to automating our expenses, saving so many hours for project managers and engagement managers.
• Proofs-of-concept excite our clients, though we are yet to make a sale on a project.
• UiPath specifically has incited interest with our apprentices and has led them to join the RPA team.
