• We have been using Ubermetrics in various areas. In sales, we use it for monitoring in order to recognize the tender at an early stage. The marketing department uses this tool to check what is spread across the brand, but also to keep track of sponsorship.

• It would be nice if NodeXL can analyse other type of social media such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• It would be nice if it is 100 percent stable, as sometimes I have a problem with error in NodeXL when it is processing the data
• It would be nice if is able to reduce the price for adding Microsoft Power BI in NodeXL

• Actually, there is nothing we disliked about Ubermetrics. We are looking forward to the international expansion of Ubermetrics’ online media coverage which may fairly take another while though.

NodeXL is userfriendly, and needed for conducting advanced data analysis techniques which emphasizes the metrics of the visualization NodeXL produce an interesting interactive visualisation

Storio and Percolate make it much more difficult to build boolean connections in their searches. Thus, the results are often misleading
