I have used Kapost, which has a better editorial calendar sharing functionality for non users, but which is not as good for social, content planning or publishing.
None of these tools are incredibly easy to use but I found Sprinklr to be the most robust. Moreover, Sprinklr's support and account teams are excellent. I believe this to be an additional benefit as they're always quick to help solve any questions or issues that may arise.
It is clear that Sprinklr has built from the ground-up. Past tools have been clunky, buggy, lightweight, and promised features that were never delivered. The idea of "moderation" shows that other companies are not thinking in terms of relationships yet. Internal collaboration …
