OCPUs represent physical CPU cores. Most CPU architectures, including x86, execute two threads per physical core, so 1 OCPU is the equivalent of 2 vCPUs for x86-based compute. The per-hour OCPU rate customers are billed at is therefore twice the vCPU price since they receive two vCPUs of compute power for each OCPU.
There is a 20% discount for all plans if subscribed yearly. Customers can buy add-on rows and users, in addition to the plans listed above.
Our hands are open to producing diverse reports and data analysis. When the initial setup was done and after a short time we got acquainted with this platform, we easily connected different sources and other databases to this platform and via Data Model Editor to model data, which we can use in pixel-perfect reports. It has a great user interface with a genius machine-learning system.

Available without of the box connectors for Salesforce and oracle Saas Cloud. This is a huge plus for our business since we don't need another middleware solution just for this sake.
We are able to connect to our on-prem SQL Server database where we have our RMA database and other applications seamlessly without writing custom APIs.
OAC writes directly into ADW which is another advantage for loading Excel files into ADW after dataflow transformations.
OAC allows replication of the database from fusion ERP and lets us create subject areas using the data modeler.
It gives a single unified view everyday for our sales team to look at to track their progress and the progress of their peers in achieving the targets
It helps Account Executives to analyse their sales pipeline and find out the score for each deal and any high potential deal that is not getting enough attention
Some of our consultants have built very powerful stories on how and what impacts sales using storyboards and they are well understood by senior leadership
Performance of the tool: While Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Service (OBICS) can handle large volumes of data as well, it becomes quite unstable and slow when number of concurrent users is high.
Limited visualisation options for reporting.
Difficult to integrate with other non-Oracle tools. This is especially needed since visualisation options are limited.
I'd give this an 11 if I could! As our business moves forward we hope to use Zoho Analytics more then we do now. Creating better reports and dashboards for our management team to evaluate the health of our business and to provide more insightful reports for our customers. The possibilities are endless with this tool
It seems to me that it is intuitive. However, it would be opportune to set training phases for those who are approaching a tool like this for the first time. It is clear that the platform throws data that, if they are combined, can be exploited according to their business objective. It would be key to be able to compare figures of competitors, standards and basic elements of the movement in social networks.
ZOHO is a very reliable company/product. We never had any issues with downtime or inaccessibility to our data. Any type of maintenance that they had to perform was clearly communicated and never an issue. We use a lot of external hooks and we've never had any issues with getting ZOHO to communicate with any of those hooks.
ZOHO has obviously invested a lot of time effort and money in to creating a reliable infrastructure with high availability. We've never had any issues with performance and all of our data crunching small to large has always been well within reason. We have come to appreciate the performance of ZOHO and will continue to use it for all of our data needs.
Oracle Analytics Support team is very proactive and I have never had a situation where I had to wait for more than a day or two to get my issues resolved. This is a very big help for us and we appreciate Oracle and its team for guaranteeing that experience.
The support team is honestly not that great. At times, it seems as if members of our own team know more about the product than the support team. They must not have a lot of training or the turnaround is quick
If your external data sources are previously organized and correlated (e.g.: in your datawarehouse or database) your implementation will be easier. Of cource some not previously predicted correlation would be necessary to be done during the implementation, but if your organization let it to be all done into Zoho Analytics, it will take more time from your team.
Better: Easy integration with different systems (internal, such as SAP; or external, such as data coming from tables from your vendors). Many companies use it and it's a good tool to learn. In my case, I learned at P&G and when I moved to Whirlpool I already learned how to use it! And I use it very often in my role. Worse: Well, if I need to do anything beyond a table, line or bar chart, I export the data and use a different tool.
Power BI, Tableau are leaders in data visualization tool industry. They provide extensive features and they are priced accordingly. Excel is still my go to tool for analysis on my local machine but it likes functionalities like Zoho app sync, customizable dashboard and AI powered analytical reports. Our decision of selecting Zoho analytics is based on Existing Zoho business suit, data sync feature, and pricing.
I have used data tables with 10s of thousands of rows. In the age of big data, this is small but it's big for me. I haven't seen issues with the platform as I've increased the number of rows over time so it's hard to say what the upper limits would be.
