Likelihood to Recommend	Discontinued Products A comprehensive HR system like UKG HR Service Delivery has value in unifying the functionality that, for many companies like ours, used to be distributed across multiple point solutions. However, the user experience of most areas of functionality is inferior to most of the best-of-breed point solutions on the market, a trade-off I wish we didn't have to make to have a truly connected system.
