Likelihood to Recommend Optimizely’s CMP has significantly organized out Marketing department’s workflow processes and ability to find current assets. The campaign function allows us to group together all the relevant tasks despite them being carried out by different teams. Assets are updated rather than duplicated. Tasks are collaborated on rather than siloed. Requests are seen rather than lost
Read full review Very useful for the management, planning, and programming of all social networks, as well as marketing campaigns. One of the best tools to make life easier for community managers and automate daily tasks such as content publishing. It is my favorite for managing my clients' networks.

Read full review Pros Customer Service: They'll contact you with a "we're looking at your issue" email within the hour, even on weekends and holidays. Beyond solving your issues/problems with the software, they'll also follow up later to make sure you don't have additional associated issues. Live Analytics: You're given a snapshot of how your blog content is doing at any point in time, since they've been tracking your posts/content. You can compare this month's traffic to last year's trafffic during this same month. Other data points include: Unique Visitors, Average Attention Time, Pageviews, Engagement Rate, etc...and you'll even get referral traffic source. There's much more that I'm leaving out here. CMP User Interface (UI): Love the easy to use interface to upload blog posts, to use for editing and publishing content, and broadcasting social shares. Besides easily identifiable icons, you can create/edit content in the WYSIWYG or use the html view to make sure everything looks exactly how you prefer. Another cool thing is that the CMP auto-embeds live links of social updates (like Youtube, Twitter, Instagram) for more dynamic blog posts. Mai Le Content Marketing Specialist

Robust API and integrations. Image library (with cost-free access/rights to stock photo libraries). Frequent updates to the platform. Built-in community management. Provide the option to download an entire folder of docs without entering to the folder itself. 'Watch' option for specific docs, not just for folders... Read full review A lot of the features in Percolate are very well built, but only provide the bare minimum as features go. Its editorial calendar for example lacks export/import features and its multimedia repository only supports images. In many ways, Percolate is trying very hard to be too much at the same time. At the moment, Percolate lacks user level management. We can add users who need to be moderated before posting, but it is for example not possible to add users just for one specific function (like the multimedia database). Read full review Likelihood to Renew Percolate is a great tool for us, because we need the approval process workflows. The training was great when we first signed on, and the interface is very user friendly. We have trained our interns to use it as well with no issues. It makes keeping up with our content calendar a breeze and we can easily see what posts have been approved and which ones are still pending at a quick glance
Read full review Usability Hands down the tagging and commenting. Easy way for us to keep a record of what's going on with each project. The ability to set different views is great. Filters are pretty good - I'd like to have some additional functionality there but happy with what's available. Reporting can be clunky but improvements happen often.
Read full review Support Rating The NewsCred team is very responsive and helpful with any technical issues.
Read full review Implementation Rating Rarely has a company shown this much support during implementation. This almost got to the point where it was too much hand holding. Sometimes, social teams just want the keys to the car so they can drive it themselves instead of waiting on someone to drive along with them...

DivvyHQ and moved to Welcome for reasons that I cannot remember at this time. The migration was a couple of years ago now. I enjoyed both tools, but I do think Welcome makes it easier to track workflows, edits, and comments specifically. These are all key elements when dealing with content and it has made a huge difference.
Read full review Percolate and Falcon have many similarities and provide many of the same features, however Percolate felt a bit more robust than Falcon, although it does come with a higher price tag to match. Both platforms are excellent for content approval workflows, content scheduling, and community management. Percolate offers additional features such as an Asset Management Library and a section for creative briefs and collaboration with internal teams.

Percolate also helps save time because you are able to schedule social media posts across channels easily. It has also been an easy way to work with remote team members, which is very helpful.
