Emplifi's support and commercial teams are always available and ready to give support. Emplifi is also open to test new use cases, even though they are beyond contractual terms. That is amazing. They need to work on the processes to guarantee a streamlined integration with customers' technology, offering more options to those willing to develop in-house their solutions, and to keep an accurate reporting on time.

I use Woobox for a poll/voting competition and I found it very helpful as it gathers the audience data very efficiently and provides the results in a very smart way. Woobox provides very limited features in the free version one cannot judge the capabilities of this excellent platform unless they purchase it.

We found the UGC component of Emplifi to be relatively intuitive and easy for new users to adopt, resulting in increased usage and efficient time spent on the platform. Increased adoption impacted our overall marketing programs because we are able to find better/more images and use them to support our messages and campaigns.

It is very fast. The only thing that has taking any sort of time is when it imports photos or videos from platforms such as Instagram or Twitter. But this is more due to refresh rates than the actual program.

We selected Live Advisor Go In Store because at that moment, it was complete and more useful. However now our brands are looking for something different, something that will help the Live Advisor to make things better and easier. We are looking for solutions more into 1 to 1 chat and AI and customer care. We expect to have new technologies that give more personalized experiences to our customers while also helping our live advisors to sell more without interrupting their work in the stores.

  • Live stream even if we have it included, we are not using it which is very sad, this is because our business does not have the time to create new content and we are not getting inspiration nor ideas
  • Live advisor is great to get more users and more traffic however in terms of CR and ROI is very low. We are considering not having it because it is giving more work to our in-store assistants and is not returning any investment.

  • ROI was great. People remembered our company and products after the contests. This of course has to do with how much money you spent promoting, but I think Woobox made it a simpler process for people to enter a contest.
