Although we are a small carrier (20 trucks with two people who dispatch during the same hours), Prophesy would be even more powerful with a slightly larger company that has multiple dispatchers that need to share information without being physically together. Multiple-office locations or companies that have employees working remotely would do well with Prophesy.

This program takes the mileage from the trucks and uses that information to calculate the maintenance intervals for all service schedules created. Then it will give you warnings as the vehicles approach those intervals in order to help plan out maintenance for your fleet minimizing down time.

Between the ease of use for the driver app, the intuitive user friendly homepage and attentive staff and support team that Samsara provides makes their solution second to none. There have been multiple times that I have suggested items in the respective area of the website and within days I'm having a conference call with their development team so they can better understand what I'm looking for and how to make it happen and appeal to all customers in a constant effort to add value to their product.
