If you have offers and specials that you would like to run regularly or loyalty programs then this is an excellent tool for that. It works really well for repeat clients and for brick-and-mortar locations. It also works well if you need to communicate via text on a regular basis.

Referizzer had more features like texting and Referizzer's newsletter tool is easier to use and didn't have the bugs that Constant Contact has. Constant Contact did not offer the loyalty option or coupon offers that link to the website. I also like the review options where we can ask for and filter company reviews.
