Replicon Time & Attendance vs. UniFocus Labor Management System (LMS)

This program is an easy program to roll out to employees as it is very user friendly. If you are a larger company, this will definitely eliminate questions or concern from employees who fear they may not be able to use the program

• The process for adding my hours for the week has a few more steps than other systems I've used.

• It is difficult to find specific reports, you have to know the system and where to look.
• It might be nice to have a friendly tutorial for available operations.
• I like to add notes to my payroll, it would be nice if it was easier to print up those notes and see the entire note. Sometimes the note is cut off. It would also be nice if I had room to write more detailed notes.

We selected Replicon at the time because Replicon fit our business model. As we grew, we believe we outgrew Replicon, as we needed software that had more functionality.

• Time - often we have to enlist the help of other departments to go through and make changes to employees profiles once they are loaded.
• The program as worked well with our HRIS system.
