I would highly recommend this product to other businesses and those organizations who are looking for the best ABM solution because this facilitates businesses so much that I cannot even emphasize it. This tool is appropriate for all businesses, be it small or be it large. There is no such restriction associated with the size of businesses. Hence, businesses should try out this strategic tool.

Pros

SalesDirector.ai

  • I can easily see if there is communication occurring between the sales rep and the appropriate contacts at the prospect company. I can quickly see if the communication stream is a mutual back and forth conversation or if it is mostly a one-way stream from the rep to the prospect. If it is mostly a one-way conversation, this tells me something isn't right about this opportunity.
  • The system looks at this communication and using AI, it highlights if it interprets any negative sentiment from the prospect allowing the rep or the sales manager to dig deeper into the opportunity and see if they can discover the reason for this negative response and correct it if possible.
  • The software "learns" from previous successful deals we have closed and uses this information to alert us if a deal has been in a particular sales stage for longer than similar deals. And it learns who is the business decision maker or technical decision maker is for previously closed deals and points it out to the rep that they should make contact with this same position in the target company.
  • The software coaches sales reps on actions that should be taken, based on our sales process, at each stage of the sales cycle. And it does so without feeling like its looking over your shoulder, by recommending the rep send a "confirmation of needs" email once the deal is moved into the 30% stage.

  • Would love to integrate more data into Salesforce. We can see stuff on an Account level via their Chrome extension, but being able to import all that data directly into Salesforce would be great.
  • I haven't seen a lot product updates from them in our time with them.
  • When we launched, we had a featured included in the console that wasn't actually available yet. That was a little strange.

We have a cheaper version of Triblio, so we don't have all the bells and whistles. But, this works great for us. It's easy to use and the platform only includes things that we use instead of a handful of features that just slow it down. It looks like a simple version of Google Ads

Our account manager is responsive - He usually gets back with detailed answers to our questions within 24 hours. He has helped us resolve multiple bugs in the platform, and is usually great about providing solutions while the dev team is working on long-term fixes. However, there have been several instances when he has not let us know that a meeting would need to be [canceled] due to his being out of office.

Demandbase for just the base product was way more than I ended up paying for Triblio. If I were to level up Demandbase with all of the various add ons to bring it up to the functionality that Triblio provides it would cost a fortune.We actually used Terminus and moved away from it. It was an ok platform. It had a lot of shortcomings internationally.

  • Triblio is extremely powerful in terms of increasing conversion rates and we've tripled conversion rates using their targeted modals versus less targeted approaches with less sophisticated products, such as HelloBar.
  • Though it is hard to quantify, Triblio has increased the speed to market with which we can introduce targeted promotions. Campaigns can be spun up with Triblio in less than one day.
  • There have been no negative impacts to ROI from Triblio.
