In the past we used Cirrus Insight which lived inside of our email accounts. We had a number of issues with the functionality and inconsistency of that product delivering what we needed. After a number of complaints we decided to move away from Cirrus and over to Salesloft.
Prior to SalesLoft, we used Cirrus Insight. SalesLoft's overall platform is way more intuitive and easier to learn for new SDR team members. SalesLoft's overall integration options with our CRM were better as well.
