Sendoso is a great resource and partner for providing options for both eGifts, pre-set physical gift options, and storing/shipping your own inventory. We have found their service helpful with our needs for virtual tradeshows, client interactions, and our virtual client conference and plan to continue to utilize the partnership

It is well suited for any sales department, to try to get ahold of the person you are trying to get ahold of. Playbooks has increased the number of decision makers that I can get ahold of on a day to day basis. This tool would probably be less suited for people that do not have calls to make outside of the company.

  • The dashboard is easy to use.
  • The timely manner in which people receive the messages and gifts. Timing is everything!
  • How well it integrates with our CRM. This is huge in our department.
  • The way it shows up in Amazon ordering saves so much time and effort!

  • Add images to send options within the platform for reference.
  • Sends via Sendoso directly - it would be great if we could add our company name in the "from" title so that our customers don't think the email is spam.

  • The ability to filter specific plays or pieces of information so that it's more user-friendly for the overall organization. Essentially, more room to customize the organization of accounts and how you're working them.
  • The initial onboarding process of accounts results in high levels of tasks - the ability to break these down in an easier way to help with time management would be helpful.

It only took a day to get comfortable with Playbooks. The ease of use and overall usability is fantastic in the sense that it's pretty straightforward once you get enough repetitions in the tool. I also like all of the videos and resources available if support is needed

They listened to the problem with delivery times but did not present a reasonable solution. Again, the shipping costs consumed too much budget. On one bulk send their support team agreed to take over a project for a few of the reps which is encouraging to see.

Alternatives Considered

Sendoso

We have worked with other swag companies, but they are not software/techonlogy products like Sendoso. We decided to use Sendoso solely because it (1) makes it easier to send personalized, one-off sends easier and (2) can automate the execution of customer lifecycle sends.

The Insidesales Playbooks is by far more intuitive and organized than other programs I have used in the past. Unfortunately I have not had experience with other products that are available out there. I would hope we will see more improvements from the ISDC tool as we all use it more and provide feedback

  • We don't really assign hard numbers to our Sendoso sends, but it has enabled us to stay in touch with our clients while they work from home. While this hasn't led to any quantitative outcomes, we've gotten lots of feedback that our clients appreciate the effort.
