It is great if small and medium scale businesses to track their SEO efforts. The tool does not really offer too many features that a large enterprise might be benefit from. Also the UI of the tool can be improved + connections with the other tools. The accuracy is good enough to understand the overall movement in the market for your relevant keywords.

I think it's well suited to people that are looking to track keywords for their business or a number of clients. If you are looking for a single system to do site management and rankings, then this is lacking. However I think it' a good tool to use if you don't mind using multiple ones.
