Likelihood to Recommend Vettery is appropriate for a scaling business. Our company experienced tremendous growth and so it's truly helpful to have a tool fill in the gaps of a Talent Acquisition pipeline. Not every candidate is going to get hired, but that's okay. You find diamonds in the rough and you get a sense of what talent is out there to compare.

Sometimes Recruiters go at a really fast pace and don't always use the Vettery email to ensure candidates are scheduled but the Connie tool will message you asking you to set up meetings even after they're on the calendar. Read full review Although the sorting process is easy through SimplyHired when you check candidates to send a message, it un-checks them after the message is sent, so you have to go back through and re-check all applicants to move them. I'd like to have the candidates remain checked and highlighted after I send them a message. It would be great to have messages sent out automatically once we move them into new categories. Read full review Alternatives Considered Vettery has a selection of Sales and Finance candidates which is invaluable to our business. Hired mainly focuses on technical candidates, and while it's helpful, it's more pricey. For a company growing like ours, every penny counts, which means Vettery is the preferred tool in our organization to ensure we have a full top-of-funnel for Recruiting.

Read full review The job post-to-hire time is quite less which helps in effective time management and filling up the position in a timely manner. The candidate search options, almost always gives us the best fit for the open position. Thus, we do not have to spend more time filling up the position.
